i stayed in a superior double room. the room was clean and spacious, i saw fresh towels daily.
The room did not have tea making facilities. That was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel location was convenient. Though i had issues, the promised sea view from the beautiful double room was partially obstructed! a large tree limited visibility, it was disappointing. the room was clean, however, the bathroom lacked some expected amenities. There wasn't a hairdryer available.

I found the room spacious, offering ample space to relax. the breakfast selection was expansive and each item tasted so fresh. the location worked very well. I enjoyed easy walks to the quays. pat and his wife really care. I felt very welcomed.
the bathroom exhaust fan paired with the heater reminded me of camping. the towels needed replacement as their color looked off.

The staff addressed all my needs! drying my rain-soaked coat was helpful. Plasters for my scrapes were also useful. A cane was provided after i left mine behind. the hotel is steps from a greenway. I found this very convenient for bicycling. breakfast offered fresh ingredients. I especially appreciated the choices.
The bed sheets have seen better days. Their color was off putting.

the breakfast was freshly prepared each morning. i had the porridge with fruit compote. my partner enjoyed cereal and poached eggs with bacon.
our room faced the front of the hotel , and the mattress was very hard. it did not make for a comfortable night's sleep. the decor and rooms was old fashioned to me.
